Can I clear unused devices or devices that no longer exist from account
profiles if I am an account administrator--

Dear Bobk,

You can claer the unused devices by the following steps.
1: Start the Groove and in lunchbar, please navigate to Options->Preferences
2: In Preference interface, please choose Account tab and then please remove
the unused device from this interface (Remove Computer button).

After these steps, when you restart your Groove, the Groove will
automatically remove the unused devices which you removed just now.
