I have several accounts configured in Outlook 2003 including:
1 IMAP account with SMTP outgoing.
1 Exchange account.
I've removed all accounts except the IMAP account from Send/Receive groups,
yet sometimes a message still initially wants to go out using the Exchange
account, so I have to change it to the IMAP.
Why does the Exchange account want to be used, when it is not enabled for
send/receive, and how can I disable this functionality so that it only ever
uses the IMAP account for sending mail?
