I have the same settings on laptop as my PC, but I cannot send e-mail from
the laptop. It is stuck in the outbox.I get an error message about the
server,No, socket Error 10061, SMPT

You're asking in the wrong place. This group supports the database software
Microsoft Access. Please repost in a forum supporting your email software.
