Good Morning,

I have to create a mailing list and I would like to know which tool is
better to that application ????

I would say Access that way you will be able to query it so you onl
show certain records depending on other variables shuch as only showin
a list of males instead of always having a big list of details in
table

Do you know where i can find some instructions to create the list on the
Access as I have never used it?

If you need data enry forms and reporting then i would choose ACCESS
handsdown..
