I just installed Acrobat 6 and after working once it now
seems to be blocking Word 2000 from opening. I get just a
page fault. I am using Windows 98. I am pretty sure
this is the issue because the same thing happened on my
laptop. Another symptom is that Acrobat 6 will not
uninstall because it thinks Word is running and using it,
even though it is not open. I have updated and
reinstalled Office 2000 twice and it has not helped. The
other Office programs work fine.
