Acrobat bookmarks

I would like to tag sections of an access report so that when I convert it to
pdf bookmarks will automatically appear.

It is unlikely the Microsofties working on Acces were THAT friendly to
their compadres at Adobe. You may have to use the Acrobat object model
to add them. Adobe has an SDK available with the necessary
documentation.
