Acrobat PDF Icons tools bar

I have Microsoft office 2003 and I come my Icons of PDF
does not appear on the tools bar in Word but it appear in
Excel.

Go to View > Toolbars > PDFMaker 5.0 or 6.0 depending on the version of
Acrobat you are running.
