I see lots of references on the Adobe site regards to "Save As ... Adobe
PDF", but don't find it on my 2007 menu. I am coming here because no help
found there ;). I have the MS Addin, but doesn't seem to format 100% like
Adobe does. Any suggestions?

Hi Don,

If you have the Microsoft Save as PDF/XPS add in for Office 2007 and it's appearing under the Office Button=>Save As=>PDF/XPS
choice then use options button when saving to the PDF format.

The MS Add-in does not have all of the feature options you'd get if you also have if you purchase the full Adobe Acrobat 8.1 package
and use Office Button=>Print.

I have the Addin .... and you are right, it doesn't have all the features of
Adobe 8. I have Adobe 8. I did find the button in the Office top left. As I
recall, Adobe shows it at the same location as the Addin Hmmm. I still don't
have a ribbon, which I understand has more features, but for now the button
will do. It works fine.

Thanks for the reply,
Don

I do get the full ribbon with Acrobat 8.1.2. I recall that Acrobat 8.0 was
not fully compatible with Office 2007. If you are not at the current Acrobat
version, you may want to use Acrobat, Help, Updates. If you are, you may
want to use Acrobat, Help, Repair Installation.

You may also want to check Word 2007, Options, Add-ins for any Acrobat
features that are listed as disabled.
