act generated meeting not showing up as busy in outlook group sch.

One person in the office uses Act 2005 for their contact database. When it
is sync'd with our Outlook (we use exchange) not all meetings are shown as
busy when trying to schedule a group meeting within Outlook. Any suggestions?
