The reports function is weak. I just wanted to print a list of items
contained in an Outlook Account but needed to transfer data to Excel and then
sort. Either make the BCM report function simpler or link direct to Excel
without the need for exporting.
Buy ACT! and see how to make reports easier. BCM is a good start but I feel
falls short of being a productive CRM product. Microsoft should have been
better out of the gate than this.
