Action buttons fading text

I am trying to create a Jeopardy type review game for
students. I need to create actions buttons with text. I
need the text to fade and stay faded once the button has
been clicked. I have seen this done but I am at a loss on
how to do this.

If you have the newer versions of powerPoint, you can use the "Trigger"
animation feature that can trigger a blank text box to "dissolve" over your
button (basically hiding your text).
