Hey guys. Im not even sure if this is possible. Im trying to make a Word doc that has buttons. I want the buttons to be laid out like the picture I will attach below. When the All ROS Negative button is clicked, I want it to generate a text box below that reads in a paragraph form patient denies weight changes, patient denies fever, patient denies night sweats, etc. The paragraphs are labeled and separated same as the headlines for the buttons. If a button is clicked, then the text changes to patient reports fever, patient reports fatigue, patient reports dysphagia. If the buttons can be colored, I need them to be red if negative, green if positive, grey if not selected.
