action query blocked by disabled mode

I am trying to run a make table query and it doesn't run. I get an error
message saying "This action was blocked by disabled mode". Help!

What version of Access? If 2007 you may need to go up to where is says to
Enable Content just under the toolbars.

Well something else is wrong becuse I have recieved the same message when
attempting to create a table query, I am unable in all attempts to create a
table from my existing fields and fields in a file in my documents/
This appears to be a program problem and needs to be addressed by Microsoft
