Activate the utility "send to" in word 2007

I'm an Office 2007 ultimate and Win Vista HP user, i saw that, in word, the
utilities "send to" are deactivated (there are but are in grey) is activated
only the function "send to fax"; insted in excel there is only the utility
"send to fax", but in powerpoint there are all and they work good. How can i
activate the utility? Tanks

Actually i don't know, i installed office using the default procedure and i
did the same thing on windows xp and each program works good; anyway what is
a MAPI mail client and and how can i install it?
