Activate trial

I downloaded a trial of Office 2003, tried to covert to MSO Teacher edition.
Error message saying needs original XP Office CD. I do not have since it was
a trial.Telephone assist, no help. I cannot get past the voice prompts. Bad
Scottish accent, I think. How can I load?

Okay, basically I see that you're trying to convert a trial Office 2003
standard to Office 2003 Students & Teachers edition.

If you receive errors like the one below, you should uninstall the trial and
reinstall S&T edition from the CD.

Still no success. I have removed all Office thru the Add/Remove, rebooted,
then tried to install from the CD. It does not start automatically. I get no
"wizard" when I run the CD.When I manually run "setup" on the CD, it starts
calling it a trial edition. It will let me enter the trial identification #,
but, still same error message, "must have a copy of office already
installed."when trying to activate.
