activateing software over the internet

when i try to activate my software over the internet it gives me a message
saying that there is a communication error has occurred. it tells me to try
again in a few minutes but i have been trying for the last 3 days

That could be a firewall setting, or perhaps a problem with your ISP
connection reaching the activation server - I'd definitely go with the
telephone activation!
