Activating licence on 60 day trial

BeeCool

I puchased an Acer Aspire One netbook in September in London, UK and
activated the trial 60 day MS Office home & student 2007. At the same time I
purchased the product. However, I got a trial key instead of entering the
full product key.
Now, I am trying to use the Activation Assistant to enter the product key of
my purchased product. When I press the button "to activate a purchased button
....." it just keeps opening blank Word documents. I did try just typing the
product key on one of those in case that's what you're supposed to do (though
I can't imagine it!) but nothing happened.
I have tried and retried many times now and apart froma multitude of open
blank Word documents - nadder, nix, nothing.
I am now in Egypt (Africa) and my netbook has no CD/DVD drive so any help to
get round this gratefully received.
I did see in another post reference to some freephone numbers - where do I
find these?
