activating office 2007

B

Bob Buckland ?:-\)

The OfficeOnline 2007 Beta/Preview web site server (officebeta.iponet.net) is having some problems they're working on.

That site isn't used for the product activation, so that shouldn't be affected.

Bob:

I tried No. 3 of your listed items below. When I try the link to
http://officebeta.iponet.net/ I get the page that says: IE cannot display the
webpage. Is this site no longer working or active? I have not been able to
have access to this site since Thursday night. >>

i have installed office, but when i open word it askes me to activate by
internet, it tries to connect, but fails every time, i tried turning off the
firewall, using the cable, but it wont work. it says it cant find the
connction.

EVERYONE has the same problem.
About 10% of people seem to be able to activate the BETA software.
The rest of us are left wondering how long Microsoft can stay in
business with this annoying crap!
