Activating on a new machine

Hi ...
I'm going to have to replace my existing computer.It was lost , last week a
Dumn thief get in to my house and get my PC away ....
But Thanks to God , he didnt thouch my CDs ..
So I installed XP to my newer Computer .
But There exists 30 days cowntdown ...
How can i active my new Computer or What can i do move FPP XP to new
Computer ?
Any help will most welcome
