Activating Outlook with username and domain already inputted

I would like to find a way to keep the username and domain
when the user activates Outlook 2000. Therefore, the only
thing they need to worry about is to type in their password.

Or even better; configure it by means of a prf-file and they won't have to
put in anything. When you install the Office Resource Kit you can create a
prf-file by using the Custom Installation Wizard
