activating WORD 2002

I activated my Word 2002 (non-pirated, original disc) on
my computer. I am now updating my computer and throwing
out the old one. When I try to activate it in the new
computer I am unable to since Microsoft only allows ONE
activation. How can I get this program to my new
computer? Do I have to pay $300 for another disk????
