Activation Issue may Cost MS a Sale

I'm having the same problem as others trying to activate an Office 2007 trial
version.
I'd like to buy the Office 2007 H&S for my wife's computer, and upgrade my
Office 2003 Pro to the 2007 version.
But I'm surely not excited about spending good money for software that I
can't activate and therefore can't use.
