Activation key stopped working

Just tried to reinstall my Groove 3.1 and reset my account, when I entered my
activation key the system blocks me and tells me its not a Groove 3 license.
Can anyone help?

Hi,

You may use your Groove web account to log into Groove.net. Examing your
licesne status to see the license version and if you have revoked your
license.

Hi,

That's the first thing I did when I got the error. I revoked the old (lost)
account and tried use the activation key to set up a new account. According
to the groove web site it is a Groove 3 license. I recall upgrading it from
2.5 last year. Any help would be appreciated.

So is this a full 3.x activation key or just an upgrade? If it is an
upgrade, you may have to apply the 2.5 key first and then the upgrade key -
but I am not too sure even that will work.

According to the groove "my software" page its a 3.0 license. Must admit I am
beginning to feel ripped off now.

I guess this is one symptom of Microsoft taking over Groove. Customer support
disappears and individuals are ignored. I am very dissapointed that
Microsoft are refusing to honor my license that I paid for. I guess legal
action is the only course of action from here.
