Everytime I press a button that says avtivate now it takes me to another go
no where screen.

Can anyone help me.

What does the "other go no where screen" say when it comes up?

What you probably have is a trial version of the software (unless you
specifically ordered and paid for a retail version of the software.) If it
is a retail version it is also probably OEM from the manufacturer and they
should provide technical support for their computer and any software that
was preinstalled.

Hi all, I also got my MS Office Home & Student version pre-installed on my
laptop. There is a sticker on the underside with the product key:
TB77Q-26X44-PBWVC-JWYBY-W9V4W. I have typed this in every time I have been
asked to, but get the red message that the key is incorrect. Needless to say
my Office is not working anymore. I have posted an sos, but I can't remember
where. It was during February, 2009. I am not completely stupid afa my puter
is concerned, but I am stumped. I have tried every prompt/suggestion and now
have no more places to go. Please help me?

Correct. That's the WINDOWS key not Office.
If you paid for a Home and Student version separately when you purchased the
machine, then you should have been given a CD/DVD with a separate key. If
you haven't, then there are two possibilities. Either contact your vendor to
find out where the CD/DVD and key is, or, the more likely scenario, you have
a TRIAL version installed.
In that case you will need to purchase a licence to continue using it.
(Don't do it through MS - use Amazon or similar. Cheaper and you get a CD.)
