Activation problem with Office 2007 Enterprise

I want to activate my office 2007 an i already got my serial BUT when i go to
Office word => office button => word options => recources and i click the
button
'activate'
I dont get a screen to put in my serial. it loads and nothing happends.

Any solutions?

Contact the employer that you purchased the Enterprise version from. They
are responsible for supporting the product. If not from an employer, but
from an internet company, you have purchased an illegally sold version of
Enterprise.
