I hope we do not have a similar situation with Vista.

Yes, they are aware. Give them a chance to resolve the issue. Trying to
activate the programs every 30 minutes won't get the problem fixed any
faster.

I have the same problem, i´ve been trying to contact somebody insise
maybe they do not know the problem, I still have 3 internet conexion
and I´d been trying with each one an d together and nothing, the same
massage appears.
