Activation product in help file is not working

Hi

I can not activate my product for office 2003. It is reduce to basic
functionality.
It is not a trail version.

I have tried uninstalled and re-installing the product, again to no avail.
When i have installed the office 2003 product it ask for product key, which
i have done. The i go through the set-up, when that finish it went an ask do
you want to check for update, which i also done.
There was nothing saying about activating the product.

Please help I had this problem for quite some time.

Yes in word, excel, powerpoint i have try to go through Help>Activate but
nothing working, no dialog box come up.
