activation question

I have Office Pro 2003 installed and activated on one computer. It broke and
now I have a new computer. My question is: Can I install this same copy on
the new computer?

If it came preinstalled on the first computer (OEM), then no. The license
died with that computer.

If you purchased it from your favorite software vendor, then yes.
