Activation Tool Not working -- now I have no access to my Software

I click and click and click, but the product activation tool seems to do
absolutly nothing. This is 100% legal, paid in full that had to be
reinstalled (with the entire os) and then suddenly decides to not work.

QUESTION: How can i activate the product (Office SB 2003) if the product
activation tool is not working?

NOTE: I have already uninstalled and re-installed the programs... does not
work.

Thank you Carey,

I tried the link you sent me and followed the instructions...
unfortunatly, that did not work... Luckily I have web access to my
outlook/exchange, and downloaded open office to get through the work
day, but if you have any additional suggestions that could work, I
would greatly appreciate any help....
