Mac's are bound to Active Directory so when the password change you
have to change the password for Entourage also in the Accounts
settings (manually) is there a way to do this automatically?

Only if you use Kerberos for authentication. Its purpose is to take the
ticket you create at login and pass it along to your Exchange Server.
This requires Entourage 2008 and a network infrastructure that supports
Kerberos authentication.

Otherwise, if your users are simply storing their passwords in the
keychain then they will be prompted to enter a new password the next
time they login after a password change. They will also have the option
to save their password again.

Hope this helps!
