Active Graphics text is gone

Hello,
I've been publishing the same web site for years. I used active graphics
with cream color text for hyperlinks on a black background. All of a sudden
the text is gone. I look in FrontPage and my text is cream colored but it's
black or gone on the web site. Anybody got a clue?
