Active tasks over time

Gary Johnson

Hi,

I need to plot the number of active tasks against time for an individual
project. This should then provide an "exponential curve" detailing how many
tasks are active. All I am interested in is if there are 35 active tasks
this week and two were completed before next week then the total active
tasks would drop by two for next week.

Can anyone help ?

Thanks

Gary

Hi Gary,

Best is to look at which tasks have Work greater than zero during the wek.
This can be done with the Timescaledata method.

Hello Gary
If you want, I can send you a VBA procedure (mpp file) which lists all the tasks which are active
during a specific period of time.
