Active X problem in microsoft Outlook

Whenever I retrieve e-mail in Outlook I receive the
following message : "An Active X control on this page is
not safe. Your current security settings prohibit running
unsafe controls on this page."

Do I need to install Active X?

Do I need to reinstall Outlook?

Please help.
