activesync creates new contacts during synchronisation

during synchronisation, ActiveSync requests to check/create names to update
meetings in calendar. I use my PDA with 2 computers (one at the office and
one at home).

I used to be able to synchronise my calendar without having to create new
contacts which are on my Office desktop address book and not on my Home
desktop.

can somebody help?

Not an Office/Outlook problem but one with your synchronization software.
Try reposting in microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync.
