If I open one occurence of a recurring appointment on my synched pda and
change its time, Active synch does not synch the appointment to the new time
slot.

Active Synch version 3.7.1
Outlook 2002
Pocket PC 3.0.11171

Seems to work for me. Try ActiveSync V3.8.
