ACTIVESYNC & OUTLOOK 2003

I have outlook 2003 w/Business contact manager. I
currently sync w/KeySuite and my Plam OC PDA. I want to
use my PocketPC. Is the new version of ActiveSync
compaitble with Outlook 2003 w/Business contact manager?

Any help would be aprreciated.
