Is there anyway to sync a mailbox folder that is not my
inbox with activesync, using Outlook XP and Pocket PC
2003?

With ActiveSync 3.7.1 you can go to Options | Settings and select which mail
folders you want sync'd. I use it to sync some of my Outlook 2003
subfolders to my Dell Axim.
