ActiveSyncing Ipaq, Calender shifts an hour

C

I cannot trust Outlook times--when I enter something in my IPAQ, it sometimes
shifts an hour one way or another (I'm not sure).

Moving times about on the Calendar renders the thing almost useless. What
gives?

the ipaq and the desktop do not have the same time zones and daylight time
settings. fix it and all will be well.

This most likely indicates a daylight saving time mismatch between Window's
clock and Outlook's calendar. There appears to be no DST setting available
in the iPAQ (at least not in mine).
