Sounds like you might have an add-in loading that you don't know about it.
Open PowerPoint, click "Tools", "Addins..." and see if there are any listed.
If there are and you don't need them or don't know what they are go ahead
and remove them. You can also try unchecking them first, closing
PowerPoint, then reopening and see if the message went away.
