ActiveX Component Cannot Create Object

[Access - Active X does not work]

I get this message everytime I try to use the wizard or cotnrol toolbar. It
did work until I downloaded an upgrade for windows. I have tried
uninstalling and then reinstalling, I have followed the guidlines suggested
to repair it by Microsoft to no avail.

Does anyone have any idea on how I can resolve the problem?

Thank you, but I have tried that and it did not work

That article describes 5 different possibilities. Usually, re-registering
DAO360.dll works, but occasionally one of the other causes is the culprit.
