Activex component can't create object

When importing a Excel data base into Access one persons computer in our
office gets the message AcitveX component can't create object. I have
imported hundreds of excel databases into Access and have never seen this
problem before. Can anyone shed light on this occurance?

I have the same message popping up in the 2000 version. But in another place
of the acces. I when use the wizards to create an Command Button and the
other opions on forms, and maybe to in the whole program itself. I reinstall
office no fix I am using the second copy of office. I need need help too.
