activex controls

i being having this problem for some time now.
i have build a database in access 2002, and now it doesn't work well in
access 2003
i have try take all references and put them all again, still not working
fine. i got problem with printing, condicional formating and nz functions.
sometimes, trying to sort the problem out, and i get the message "you don't
have the license required to use this Activex control." i have try to
register, but still don't no the ones that are required.
also to your atention, this reference "wwlaunch.ocx", is needed to run the
database and i don't no why, sow everytime that i install the database in a
new computer, i have to add this reference on in order to the database to
work.

how can i know what is missing, or whats the right steps to fix this problem??

Found out what areas of your file require wwlaunch.ocx and see if they can be
eliminated or rewritten so that they do not require it.

Including dependencies on external controls and libraries should only be done
when there is no other way to accomplish a task and when you have adequate
control over what software is installed on the target system.
