ActiveX message everytime i start vb help

Using word 2000. I had to reinstall because of registry glitch. Now every
time i start vb help
i get the following message "An activeX control on this page might be unsafe
to interact with other parts of the page." .......... with yes no buttons.
anybody know what this is ?
