Activex object cannot create object error 429 Microsoft Project

I' am developed one Visual basic application, in that used microsoft project 2000 object for calculating project task dates.
Visual basic and Microsoft Project is installed in my system, if i run the application in my system it's working properly.
i create the setup package for same application and installed that into my client Machine. my client Machine don't have Visual basic and Microsoft Project, if i run the application in client system it's giveing runtime error 429 Activex Component can't create objec

I believe you cannot create Microsoft Project COM objects unless Microsoft
Project is installed on the system the VB program is running - basically,
each of your clients needs Microsoft Project installed.
