VB Run-time Error 429

I have one user that uninstalled office 2003 to install Office 2007
enterprize edition. After the uninstall of 2003 she did a reboot, then
installed 2007. She now gets an error when she goes to open Word. Error:
Microsoft Visual Basic - Run-time error '429': ActiveX component can't create
object
Any ideas.
I had her uninstall and reinstall 2007, had her reinstall Microsoft Visual
Basic..and still same issue.
