ActiveXCtL 35 - Calendar

Hi,

I have a data entry form and like to use ACtiveXCtL 35 -
Calendar to enter dates in VISITED Control text box.

Please show me to write a code so that when I click to the
control text box, It will pop up the ActiveXCtL 35-
Calendar.
