I had just bought a new notebook in FutureShop. The
programs in microsoft office, such as the "word", require
the "whole product key" after I entered the product key I
got from the technical support department of the HP. I
could not find microsoft disks in the packages came with
my computer. Now, I can't activite the Microsoft Office!
Could anyone help me to solve the problem?

You need to revisit HP's technical support and tell them what's happening.
That's the only proper way to get the needed product key.
