Activity Diagram - how to create state within another one?

Hi

I'm new to Visio and my question is - is it possible to create a state within another state and how? It is possible in Rational Rose, but I can't do this in Visio. State objects are not resizable and you can't put something inside. It's possible to create Composite State, but it's for statechart diagram and the internals of the composite state will be displayed on another page
