Dear Friends,

I have this strange problem and need some help.

For the last week, week ending, July 12 here is the "Actual Work" and
"Actual Cost" data for individual days at the project level.

July 6 July 7 July 8 July
9 July 10 July 11 July 12
188.73h 192.28h 194.7h 194.78h
176.58h 2.5h 0h
"$3,627.48" "$3,722.49" "$3,777.73" "$3,756.59"
"$3,388.59" $56.83 $0

Now, I just zoom the view down to look at the data for the entire week
(i.e. now the task usage view shows - July 5, July 12, etc). Now, both
'Actual Hours' and 'Actual Cost' shows zero!

However, the data for the past weeks appears right. i.e. Actual Hours
and Actual cost show up correctly.

Can any one help please?

Thanks,
Prashanth

Are you using Project 2003 or 2007? Have you installed the latest service packs (SP3 for 2003 and SP2 for 2007). You can check this in 'Help - About Microsoft Office Project'

Hello HANS,

I use MPP 2007 SP2. The 'Help - About' says "Microsoft Office Project
2007 (12.0.6423.1000) SP2 MSO (12.0.6425, 1000)"
