Actual hours gone in PWA

Hello:

We are having some trouble with our Project Professional / Server
2003.

We work with managed periods, and users track hours on tasks day by
day or weekly.

For some projects we have updated hours from PWA to Project
professional and
everything has gone allright, we get the message of "you need to save
the
project" and then PWA doesn't show those updates anymore, but when we
study
carefully the project in Project Professional those hours do not
appear
anywhere.

For some projects project managers update hours from Project
Professional directly. In this case PSA admin will switch to non-
manager period and overwrite the actual hours entered by project
manager behalf of team members in mpp.

but i have seen that for closed periods those actual hours are not
display properly. For few projects if team members have submitted
their hours through pwa then those hours many not appear in that
timesheet period.

We then try to synchronize with Tools --> Synchronize with actual
hours and
nothing happens !. We have hours in Project Professional 2003 that
don't get synchronised with
project professional and we don't know how to fix this !!

Urgent help will be apperciated.
